HOW DECISIONS LAND
> There is no vote. There is a check. The check is run by anyone present. The result is binding by description.
RULE 01 // PRESENCE
Two members are enough. Three is a meeting. Four is bureaucracy. Five does not happen.
RULE 02 // EVIDENCE
A decision requires an exhibit. No exhibit, no decision. The exhibit is the meeting.
RULE 03 // BREVITY
A verdict is at most twelve words. If the verdict needs more words, the verdict is not ready.
RULE 04 // RECORD
The verdict goes to the archive. The archive does not name the author. The slop is the indictment.
